Returns Window
Items fulfilled by SMLXL Direct are eligible for return within 30 days of the customer receiving their order. All return requests must be initiated within this 30-day window.
Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

Item is in the same condition as received

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Includes all original tags and packaging

Accompanied by the order confirmation email or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs (including postage for returns or exchanges) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by the store.

Damages & Incorrect Items
We ask all customers to inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Refunds
